We ship within Indonesia only. Delivery times vary by location and product availability. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the designated address. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Custom or perishable items are non-returnable.
